يَعِدُهُمْ وَيُمَنِّيهِمْ ۖ وَمَا يَعِدُهُمُ الشَّيْطَانُ إِلَّا غُرُورًا

Surah Annisa : 120
Satan promises them and arouses desire in them. But Satan does not promise them except delusion.
