وَآخَرِينَ مِنْهُمْ لَمَّا يَلْحَقُوا بِهِمْ ۚ وَهُوَ الْعَزِيزُ الْحَكِيمُ

And [to] others of them who have not yet joined them. And He is the Exalted in Might, the Wise.
