يَخْتَصُّ بِرَحْمَتِهِ مَنْ يَشَاءُ ۗ وَاللَّهُ ذُو الْفَضْلِ الْعَظِيمِ

Surah Al-Imran : 74
He selects for His mercy whom He wills. And Allah is the possessor of great bounty.
