اللَّهُ يَصْطَفِي مِنَ الْمَلَائِكَةِ رُسُلًا وَمِنَ النَّاسِ ۚ إِنَّ اللَّهَ سَمِيعٌ بَصِيرٌ

Surah Al-Haj : 75
Allah chooses from the angels messengers and from the people. Indeed, Allah is Hearing and Seeing.
